By far one of the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was above and beyond. The hotel location is great with everything within walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is phenomenal, the Hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect. We have been staying at the Park Hyatt when we come to Chicago for at least the past 25 years and there is no other hotel we would stay at. We are treated like family, the attention to detail is superb, and the warmth of the staff from the Bell captains to the front desk to housekeeping, they have a way of making you feel you the most special person staying there. Not to mention it is absolutely beautiful, whether you select a standard room or select a suite everything is meticulous and luxurious.
