I attended a conference of over 4700 attendees and Hyatt met all expectations as providing a clean and welcoming environment. I stayed on site and the accommodations were comfortable and very enjoyable. Staff were helpful, kind and friendly.

The staff were great! The hotel receptionist by the name of Asia, accommodated us very well after finding our room unthoroughly cleaned. Our staycation turned out great!

Initially when we got there, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The bed looked as though someone had laid across it. There was used wash cloth and soap. Used coffee cups were left behind. Asia, the hotel receptions, accomodated us with a better and much cleaner room.

It helped greatly in the pinch I had, for my volunteer shift. It was easy to reach, and the room was very comfortable.

I do not have any problems with the hotel to warrant a suitable size of complaints.

Had a reservation and arrived at 7:45 pm to check in. The room was still not ready. 9 pm arrives and it’s “still being cleaned.” Other people had been waiting even longer. Worst experience ever with a hotel. They kept lying to us. We finally left and seamlessly checked into the Westin down the street. Never again with a Hyatt property.

Expérience catastrophique ! Attention au surbooking ! Arrivée à 20h30 pour le check-in. 30 minutes d’attente pour avoir une personne. Pas de chambre disponible. On nous propose de patienter le temps qu’une chambre se libère avec consommations offertes au bar (sympa) mais quand à 23h, nous n’avons toujours pas de chambre …. Nous avons finalement été logés dans une chambre sale avec culotte sur le canapé… bref à oublier
