Forced to go to bar for hot food no real room service General overall rundown condition Lack of cleanliness in common areas carpets not cleaned Remodeled room felt cheap. Floating floors were not secure and moved when walking Desk not facing tv No sound protection could hear everything in a joining rooms They were headed to Hawaii their mom fell but was getting around better.....

After our unfortunate experience back in April, we decided to give Hyatt another chance thanks to the excellent customer service we received from Joseph, a manager who had reached out to us to mitigate the issue. His kindness and hospitality exceeded any and all expectations we had. He not only remembered us but made sure that our stay was the best it could be. He's singlehandedly the reason why we will continue to return to your hotel. Kudos to him and his bosses who hired such a professional. There were other hotel employees who also deserve recognition. At the Perks coffee shop, while the drinks were getting restocked, I asked the hotel employee Sonia to please hand me a Gatorade. She could have just done the easy thing and hand me one that was closest but she took the extra time to make sure I got a cold one, without me even asking. That was very thoughtful. Also a special thanks to Xue Yu Chen our very nice housekeeper and Matthew at the restaurant who despite being busy quickly accommodate our to-go order to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight. Lastly, I'd like thank the shuttle driver Boumela. I felt so bad we didn't have cash on hand to tip him but he was still so incredibly kind despite that. He is a very pleasant person with a positive attitude - the best person to make a first impression on your guests. Bravo to Hyatt Regency O'Hare!

Pictures are far better than in person experience . Multiple bed linen dirty . Met a child’s watch in the bathroom upon Checkin. Rooms can definitely use an upgrade and bed linen changed completely . We had issues with blood and mold stains .

The hotel is massive. The hallway carpet made it very hard to wheel our large bags and we were not offered a porter. Our room was very well decorated but very disappointed to splurge for this kind of a hotel and find a large paper shopping bag full of empty food containers in the room. The balcony also had an empty food container on the ground and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom was very well decorated. Found hair in the tub so I decided against the bath. The shower curtain was missing the part that holds water in so I ended up having to wipe down the entire bathroom floor. We got burgers at “Reds” and found the food and service to be great.

Habitación excelente y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto también muy bien. La chica de recepción (creo que se llamaba Liz) que habla español, nos dio un servicio excelente, bravo, también Michael, uno de los cantineros del Red Bar nos dio un excelente servicio. Gracias.
