Honeymoon night All special requests (pre-paid) ignored Dreadful telephone customer service Finally delivered bottle of Rose wine (Ordered Champagne) but failed to bring a corkscrew!

Great location to areas we wanted to visit, short airport journey aswell

Stayed for nearly 2 weeks for a work trip at the convention center across the street. Location was super convenient. Housekeeping came everyday, which was great. Overall the hotel was very nice, but showing its age in the rooms. Everything was very clean.

I stayed at the Cincinnati Hyatt Regency for nine days in conjunction with a business trip. The facilities were top-notch, the service impeccable and the overall stay delightful. The room in which I stayed was in immaculate condition when I arrived and was cleaned and maintained daily as if the room was new and I was the first one to use it. The swimming pool was larger than most hotel pools and was suitable for lap swimming, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The fitness center was well-equipped and able to accommodate many guests simultaneously. It is also across the street from the convention center and within walking distance of a host of restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment venues. It is also only four blocks from the park along the Ohio River that includes miles of walking, jogging and bicycle trails surrounded by verdant and lively flower gardens, lawns and forests of trees. What a great place to stay for business or for leisure!

I stayed at this Hyatt location an entire week for business. The staff were friendly. The rooms were cleaned well daily. The facility were clean and inviting.
