"VERY WORTH IT!"

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. The room was also spacious. We were treated to snacks upon arrival, which were greatly appreciated. However, what made our stay spectacular was how we were treated at the front desk. Shayne Whitt was awesome! She was kind, respectful, and strategically took care of business. I personally think that this hotel should be ranked higher than the category associated with it.

"Very nice and clean hotel but front desk staff is rude and unprofessional."

The hotel was very clean and very nice, the room was very nice as well with a very comfortable bed.

Most of the staff were very nice and helpful with the exception of the lady working the front desk, I wanted to extend my stay for 2 extra nights but she was very rude to me when I asked and refused to help me said i would have to do it myself online so I ended up checking out and going to stay at a different hotel nearby.

"Wedding Weekend Stay"

Great downtown Cincinnati location. Beautiful park across the street. Walkable to all the events for our nephew's wedding. Good service, big rooms and large lobby with many seating pockets/ gathering places. Would definitely stay again.
