"They don't want EV owners here."

Do not take your EV here unless you have your own portable generator. I called several times and was even told the Valet would charge FOR me. Not only was that a lie, but they have no charges on site. Unfortunately, I can not return here.

"Very nice hotel"

It was just hard to get to over Memorial Day weekend with streets closed. Very nice, clean hotel and room. We were surprised hotel didn't have its own parking lot, but valet service was very good, just costly.

The format of the room is really cool and the bed was comfy, but the TV didn't work and I found a small piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor.

"Awful"

Disappointing and disgusting. Argumentative and rude staff. The pictures say it all - not Hyatt standards, nor 4 star quality. Note the incredibly unsanitary vagina stain on a couch in our suite.
