Great atmosphere for World Cup 26! Spacious room where cleanliness was made a priority and top notch linens with these amazing pillows that help you actually get a solid night’s sleep after long days of matches and exploring the city. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful with recommendations for local spots, and the location was perfect — close enough to the action but far enough to escape the biggest crowds. Modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi that handled multiple devices without a hitch, and a killer view from the window made it feel like a proper home base for the tournament. Highly recommend for anyone attending World Cup 2026 — we’ll definitely be back if they host again! 10/10.

A memorable experience that greatly improved our vacation! Very welcoming, well designed and efficient hotel. Ideally situated in downtown Vancouver with easy access to public transit and walkable area. We did not use hotel amenities, but they appeared visually inviting and clean. Excellent sized room with excellent view.

As Hyatt Explorist members, we've stayed at many Hyatt properties, and what stood out most during this visit was the exceptional service from the front desk team. Brian Son, Anita, and Aoikoh were incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel genuinely valued and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location, facilities, and overall service were excellent, but it was the personal touch and genuine hospitality from these team members that made our stay memorable.
