Hyatt Regency New Orleans

The hotel room was dirty and dated and the staff was a bit rude when I caught billing mistakes they made to our final hotel bill. The only reason I would ever consider coming back was that the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff at the restaurant was also great.

Norman the Doorman! Superior Valet guy. Takes care of you and your car, ensures you feel like you're family. Great leader for the valet staff, please continue to have him there! He's the best! Overall hotel customer experience is excellent. More than willing to provide you the room/floor you want if they have it available. Will be back.

Stayed here for a conference and the stay was excellent. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable and plenty of pillows. The AC kept the room cool given its hot and humid outside. The gym has everything needed for a good workout. Dining options were good. The sports bar was just okay but the happy hour at the steak place was really nice. The lobby bar is the best and drinks are fantastic

The room was nice and huge. The hotel itself was huge and a bit confusing to navigate.

I did not like that there were no microwaves in the room. They charged $52 a day for parking. I received $158 charge for something the hotel could not explain.

Huge hotel but too huge. It was hard to navigate at times. I also wish the rooms had microwaves.

Had a great time at the hotel for our 28th Wedding Anniversary. There was a Jack & Jill Teen Conference at the hotel, but we didn't experience any significant delays on the elevators or escalators. We had a minor issue with the room, but we were accommodated accordingly, and in a timely manner. I would like to give a special shout out to Devin, the Bellhop Chief (Bell Captain). He made sure the process was flawless and expedient, even with the high volume of travelers. This guy had the valet working like a Chick-fil-A drive thru - LOL! Great job, Devin!

Overall great experience. Very attentive staff and pleasant stay. The lady that checked me in was able to accommodate my request amd for that, I was truly appreciative.
