Parking in the hotel is very expensive

Great friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. The servers in the bar and restaurant are great and proximity to the Super Dome & Smoothie King Center just can't be beat.

A $249 a night room shouldn't have peeling wallpaper throughout the room, an A/C that takes the room to 58 degrees within minutes of turning it on and keep it there and below, or no working water stations near rooms. There was no opting out of housekeeping, and the hotel had a mold issue on the first floor in the exhibit hall. Stay away and go to Hyatt House next door or down the block to Holiday Inn Express. I wish I had. More I could add but let's just say, I'll never stay here again.

I am still waiting my held money for incidentals, there were no incidental so the block on card should be release with in 3 days as i was promised. i dont understand the reason for delay and also no response to my mails.

it was walking distance to most things, nice, clean hotel, the only thing I would be cautious of is you can smell the mildew and mustiness in the large conference rooms, if you have allergies I would suggest bring meds as it affected myself even with my daily meds on board, the staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean and inviting otherwise, I appreciated the fact they had refillable stations for water bottles, but maybe they could make that water a bit cooler as its dispensed.
