"Un hotel con buen confort"

La habitación era muy confortable y el baño estaba en buenas condiciones. Viajé con mi hijo pequeño y, en la última noche, Christopher de la recepción tuvo un gesto amable al regalarle una pequeña manualidad, lo cual fue muy agradable.

Aunque sabíamos que nuestra tarifa no incluía el desayuno, el costo de 25 USD por persona resulta algo elevado en comparación con otras opciones disponibles en los alrededores.

Excellent staff all around... especially the valet!!! Kind and incredibly helpful.. beautiful with great location to access DC area... Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance... planning to stay again with the family.

"Can't get an answer for cancellation"

I wanted to cancel our reservations. I tried online but no confirmation so next day I called Hotel number. When I got to reservation option - it hung up . So then I went to website to reservation site and when I put in my confirmation #, it didn't recognize it. So then I emailed and absolutely NO response. Lucky I have over a month to see if I can get anyone to answer.

"Sleepless in DC"

Had to move to a different room at 3:00 am due to an ice machine down the hall that sounded like glass breaking all through the night. Got placed in a different room that was equally as noisy. This hotel is very antiquated and worn. The only good thing about it is its location.
