Hyatt Centric Arlington

Dated hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel has become very dated. The rooms are old and smelly and the elevators are very slow.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We choose this due to its proximity to DC. We definitely had an imprroved stay this time. The internet speeds were much better. The business center space was very useful. Lots of pros at the hotel, courteous staff and the housekeeping team. Parking was expensive but we found street parking and made sure to move before 10am. No free breakfast but there qre a lot of options around.

Good experience. Clean, everything I needed. I love that their was a target, safeway grocery and metro just a two min. walk. So many nice resturants nearby.

The head of the bed was placed RIGHT NEXT to the intake, which was very loud! The vent was close to the ceiling and pointed directly at the second bed. I called the front desk to switch me to a new room. They sent me to a room with exactly the same set up, only it was very smelly, like old laundry. I figured it was the same in all rooms so I just went back to the original room because it wasn’t smelly. We wound up putting our pillows on the foot of the bed. This room is nothing like the website photos. Those photos do not have any vent/intake in them! Also they didn’t use fitted sheets. Just flat sheets were used as a base, then flat sheet, comforter next and another flat sheet on top. I paid a very high price for this room and I am very unhappy with the result.

Location was good

My keycards were replaced multiple times but never worked in the garage so I kept having to call for help to get out of the garage
