"very nice"

the room is very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. the room is also spacious and there are adequate spaces for us to put our belongings. the shampoo and conditioner smell good.

the stair is a bit steep, it might not be suitable for elders or those who want to bring a lot of big things up to the room. there is no nearby convenience store.

very clean and modern japenese style apartment with everything you need if you're looking for a cheap stay near Kyoto central station. The staffwere very nice and helpful and did cleaning as well after 3 days (our stay was 6 days alltogether). For Kyoto prices I can definitely recommend.

the place had only one room so we had difficulty fitting 4 people in but it is definitely manageable. I wouldn't really recommend it to bigger groups though as there is little privacy. Drying clothes is very difficult due to the humid weather and there is little space to do so (again we were 4 people so maybe if you are less it is easier).
