"Affordable and new one-room apartment in perfect location"

Everything!! Location, size, cleanliness, kitchen with devices and cooking utensils, separate toilet (spacious!) and shower (ok size). Very close to Kyoto station and Tofukiji station. Host is very kind and responsive.

No centralized heating system. Floor mats are a little hard.

"Exceptional"

It's a big room, clean and has a kitchen for preparing light meals or heating up food. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Big wardrobe for storing luggage.

The location is slightly far from Kyoto station and metro station. It's also not very prominent especially at night. There's no clear signage of the place. Got lost when I returned late at night.

"New studio apartment in perfect location"

This is a new studio apartment with separate kitchen, toilet, and a small storage room for clothes and luggage. Very big room for Japan! Bigger than any hotel. Building is new and well maintained. Everything is exceptionally clean. Kitchen has all basic things and appliances needed for cooking or heating food, or having tea/coffee. Location is perfect - very close to Kyoto station but in a quiet neighborhood. House owner is very kind and responds to requests almost immediately.

Futon beds can be hard for some people. Outside AC block was noisy, but owner promised to fixed it soon.
