As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by Kenneth, a valet and he was so thorough in explaining everything to us as far as pricing and what our best options would be...he was very efficient with helping us into the check in process...the front desk clerk was efficient as well and the room was emaculate...top tier stay

Overall experience was, 'we just don't care' Don't care enough to maintain the rooms or tighten the screws, every single thing was loose or falling off the wall. Plugs won't stay in the outlets. Etc. Place has had a facelift but it's still got that worn vibe

Staff was great. Hot Rooster for breakfast was particularly good, food and staff. Bryan was particularly good. Room was great. At peak times the four elevators were not quite enough. Location was great. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk.

Bryan was super helpful and attentive through out or meal at Fat Rooster.

Liz at the hotel restaurant/bar was great. Had her as server multiple times during my stay.

Clean hotel with a great staff. Close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location as well. Valet staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I appreciate how Cesar provided me with superior customer service each day of my visit to the restaurant.
