"Cesar is Fantastic"

While staying at this hotel my family dined at The Fat Rooster for breakfast. Cesar was our waiter and he went above and beyond to make our service great. At one point he even went behind the buffet to start making us waffles. He was very polite and made sure we were never waiting on anything. Cesar was really great. Thanks again.

I had a great experience during my visit. The service was prompt, efficient, and very friendly, even during a busy Saturday evening. The valet service was especially impressive, Kenneth was attentive, quick to assist, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everyone’s professionalism and helpful attitude made a positive impression. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

"Best hotel for volleyball"

We came for the MEQ volleyball tournament and this was hands down the best hotel we ever stayed at. We’ve been traveling to tournaments for 4 years. Service was excellent, easy check in, great location, close to convention center, and reasonable price. So many little things that made us feel welcomed and wanted: a volleyball ‘Photo Booth’, free waters in the room, a later check out time, clean room, and clean bathroom stocked with toiletries (full size shampoo, conditioner, body soap). Jennifer at the front desk was kind and attentive. She greeted us, recognized us when we saw her, and was knowledgeable about the city and answered all our questions. I hope our club plans this tournament again.

Bob was amazing, super friendly! He not only take all our lounge to the car! But the day before when I thought I left a package in the car, Bob was kind enough to go bring my car up to the hotel so I can go through it tofind a package and save the day! Thanks for all your help Bob
