Hyatt Regency Lexington

The staff were excellent. Hotel was dated and could use some updates. Great location for walking to local attractions.

Was on the 10 floor and the street noise was terrible loud cars all night long . No hair dryer in the room and the safe didn’t work .

Restaurant service was slow

Small gym but had the necessary equipment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Inconsistent breakfast options. No available hotel food between 10a and 5p so doordash or walk around downtown.

Had to pay separate and daily for parking, rooms were outdated, too many events happening at one time made it feel too crowded.

As a follow up to my last review title Underwhelmed, Mike Curd - with a Hyatt.com email address - reached out to me to discuss my review. I emailed Mike over a week ago and there has been zero follow up. It seems this may be an automated response to bad reviews to imply that they care about your bad experiences when in actuality it is just done to make it appear as if they care. Even more disappointed now than I was at the time of my stay.
