Great location downtown, very clean on the inside!

The parking garage is insanely far from the guest room elevators, and for the price you think there would be a microwave.

A very convenient and comfortable hotel. Customer service is always top notch and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. I love staying here for events either at the hotel or the convention center. Food is excellent in the restaurant and the market place store has great options too.

Been coming to this hotel every single year for tattoo conventions. Staff are super friendly, especially Anita. She was so friendly and helpful. Great service. I would highly recommend this place.

Comfortable

Lack of room service and full menu at breakfast all week. Every hotel I have ever stayed in has a free breakfast except yours. $26.00 + tax and tip if all you want is a bowl of oatmeal and juice in the dining room is ridiculous in my opinion.

Review for the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis from December 25–28 for a three-night staycation and it was an absolutely wonderful way to end the year. We used a Suite Upgrade Award, and the suite exceeded every expectation. The room was fantastic — a spacious bedroom, beautiful views of downtown Minneapolis, two bathrooms, generous closet space, and a large whirlpool tub. Everything was immaculately clean, thoughtfully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. The TVs were excellent, and overall the room felt both luxurious and relaxing. We were in room 2339, at the end of the hall, which made for a very quiet stay. We also traveled with our dog, Bear, who loved the hotel just as much as we did. Being at the end of the hall was perfect for him, and the pet-friendly experience was seamless and welcoming. A few days before arrival, concierge reached out to ask if we needed anything — a small but very appreciated touch. On the day of arrival, we were notified that our room was ready early, which made the check-in process effortless. Since we live in Edina, this was a true staycation, and pulling into downtown Minneapolis feeling immediately taken care of set the tone for the entire stay. We took advantage of the weekend valet parking special, which was $37 per night with in-and-out privileges, and used it frequently throughout the weekend — extremely convenient and well worth it. We spent time at the bar and had an exceptional experience thanks to the bar manager who assisted us — I believe his name was Feride. He truly went above and beyond, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helped us with several things during our stay. His hospitality stood out in the best possible way. Rachel, who checked us in, was equally wonderful — sweet, personable, and welcoming. Breakfast each morning at Prairie Kitchen & Bar was handled beautifully. Service was smooth, friendly, and consistent, making each morning an easy and enjoyable start to the day. Across the board, the entire staff was fantastic. This stay was a perfect example of Hyatt hospitality done right. We ended the year with over 70 qualifying nights, and this was a truly memorable and fitting way to close out the year with Hyatt.
