I've never been accommodated more at a hotel in my entire life. There was a mix up with dates made on Expedia, and the manager, Anita, took two hours of her time to fix the issue and a) get me in a room that I wasn't booked in, b) refund the money from Expedia, and c) get me in at a rate that was better than Expedia to begin with! She was so kind and thoughtful as she could see I was incredibly stressed and worried since my travel plans had gotten completely messed up. She made sure to get me coffee and a breakfast while I waited for the issue to be solved. I travel 49 weekends of the year, and this was by far my most pleasant stay of the year and it was all due to Anita and her staff at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis.
