Great location for everything we needed. Close to food and shopping. Friendly staff and many great amenities.

The staff from check in to Valet parking were extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Jack and Jawanna for Valet were both so helpful and I wanted to shout them out!!!!

I stay at the Hyatte for my Girlfriend's birthday. We wanted to visit Tybee island and have a night out in Savannah on River St. The location is perfect for that. My trip took an unexpected turned when the valet service misplaced the keys to my truck. We checked in Saturday night and ended up stranded at the hotel into Monday afternoon. While this was extremely inconvenient to me and my girlfriend we still enjoyed the stay, because the staff were kind and communicated with us consistently throughout the ordeal. There wasnt a time I was in the front desk area or the bar were someone wasn't asking me if I needed anything . The valet company, PMC, claimed that they would rembourse me for all my expenses during the extended stay (we'll see) and the manager, Austin Khiel, did everything in his power to ensure that I was taken care of while I waited for my truck keys to be replaced. While my stay was not as comfortable as I would have liked I would still stay at this hotel again....but maybe Ill just park myself next time.

Was next to river side shopping and restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Price of parking.

The Hyatt Regency Savannah makes customer service its top priority. Staff members are professional and personable. The hotel is clean with room amenities that make the experience pleasant. Everything was in working order. My car was ready for pick up upon check out. This wasn't my first stay at the Hyatt and it's unlikely to be my last.

The hotel was nice and so were staff

The breakfast opened late and we were unable to eat due to having to leave. We ended up purchasing some breakfast items from the “pantry” and it’s was insanely expensive and basic. The valet parking was nice but we had to go to an underground parking garage to pick our car up and the door was not opened when we tried to leave. We ended up driving all through the garage with no help until we finally saw a maintenance man who helped us get out.
