"it was alright"

the experience was kinda good during check in, but overall staff was disappointed kinda feel like they wasn’t willing to help after that point. The room cleanliness was kinda messy and dirty.

"Hot and Uncomfortable Room!"

My room was extremely warm. The engineer said they intentionally "turned off the chill until March or April." I could not sleep in a room mid 70s. So hot and unpleasant all b/c they're playing games with the cooling system to save money.
