"Great Family Fun with Happy Music - Slovenian Polkas"

The Hyatt at Schaumburg, IL has repeatedly provided outstanding group reservation services and hotel services for the annual Illinois Polka Fest. This year my family had a group of nearly 40 folks, and they worked with us to position the rooms to have us in the same wing of the same floor which contributed immensely to our enjoyment of the stay.

"Wonderful stay in Chicago"

Wonderful hotel. It was 13 below, but the checking process was fast and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. Christina and Bashkim and Floriberto were very attentive and friendly. They always are on it. Best breakfast at a hotel so far.

"Kenny manager is the best"

Best manager i ever met . Kenny gave my family reservations at a restaurant and helped us with our hotel reservation . Customer service excited our expectations. We will be back i recommend this hotel . Its clean and friendly front desk staff . Hotel condition was great and comfy .

"Great stay"

Lovely hotel with great location near the mall and highway. We stayed for a wedding and it was clean, well equipped, and staff were friendly. The gym and pool were nice and having a Starbucks onsite was helpful. Raul at the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed the pineapple at the breakfast buffet. Would stay again!

"Prepare to be disappointed."

Prepare to be disappointed. I was treated like a stranger, not as a World of Hyatt member. I had a significantly better experience at a Fairfield Inn & Suites the previous weekend than I had at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg this weekend.
