Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago

Stayed 7 nights as Globalist for work. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Had a corner room that was quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was quite small but had excellent water pressure. Room had a small refrigerator; microwave was down the hall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of food choices and attentive staff that should be commended. Has a small gym and indoor pool. Did not use housekeeping during stay, but the room looked clean and well kept. Overall, enjoyed my stay, would stay at again when in area.

Awful room service frequency, cleanliness of floor, bathroom, pillowcases, and TV remote. Look at your credit card statements frequently to catch incorrect authorizations, and stay away from Gab unless you want attitude in the morning.

Not a bad hotel, but wasn't able to check into until EXTREMELY LATE (after 8pm) even though I had booked a large suite at their property. They gave us a discount and breakfast buffet coupons, but not being able to check into your hotel room until after 8pm is unnacceptable.

I love the look of the hotel. It's a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. It was modern and up to date and it had a very high quality about it in every aspect.

There was actually nothing that I did not like about the hotel. I did not even mind the price at all. Booking helped me with my genius discounts and that made a great hotel even more affordable. It was so worth it.

The level of comfort exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly and the environment is excellent. I would stay here again if I went to Chicago again.
