Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago

My husband and I went to stay after Thanksgiving because the hotel is located near by all the shopping areas. Not only shops, but also a lot of great restaurants are close by. The breakfast buffet didn't have an egg station which was a bit disappointing but food was good overall. I loved their healthy juices, the one with Kale and apple especially.

The long wait to check in. Arrived on time however the check in was delayed because our room was not ready at check on

Not restful at all. Loud, sofa sleeper had candy and candy wrappers in it, no trash bags in the trash cans and a bathroom trash can had what looked to be feces on it see pics.

Staff were tentative and friendly, the breakfasts were great, and I was able to work around my dietaries with ease. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back!

Enjoyable stay at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg. Comfortable bed and room, solid breakfast buffet, and everyone we encountered was warm and hospitable. Husband enjoyed his steak dinner at the bar restaurant Gallagher's. Cocktail was mixed to perfection.

Overall it is a nice place. The staff is all wonderful. Our room was a little imperfect with the cleaning. There was some dirt on the shower wall and the coffee maker didn't look clean. It was in a dark corner, and I couldn't tell if it was moldy or dusty/fuzzy. But it was minor. The bed was not very comfortable and I think the mattress needs to be replaced. But it was not a terrible experience, just not exceptional.

The meeting room and hotel rooms were extremely hot. The temperature was not ideal for our business meeting. This was a mutual feeling for myself and all business partners attending the conference.
