Grand Hyatt Seoul

Even though the hotel is older and the interior is a bit dated, it still has a classic feel and the staff were very nice. The location is great for Itaewon, and while you’ll need a taxi to get to Gangnam, it’s not far. The area is quiet and private, even though the hotel itself is quite busy. The club lounge was good, with a variety of food and beverages. The bathroom was small and didn’t have a tub. Overall, a very nice stay.

Everything was good, there was nothing bad about this property

Helia and her team were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and well taken care of. Ji-yeon, Bo-young, Catherine, Irene, Mi-young, Kayla, and Lisa were all attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in what they do and work well together as a team. Service like this makes a real difference. Thank you all for making the experience memorable.

Had a great 3 day stay and pre flight massage / facial with Lia! They were kind enough to adjust our check out for my morning treatment. A large hotel complex with wonderful service and gorgeous views of Seoul!

The gym is fantastic. It is a very large hotel with lots of staff available. The room was very clean. The view was lovely (though of course you pay for it). The pool is suitable for swimming laps (not too warm), it also has a very nice hot tub

The air conditioning didn’t work properly - we were too hot overnight - although I didn’t bother telling the staff about it after we asked if we could get the TV changed to display English for the menus and they sent someone to our room just to tell us it couldn’t be done! You couldn’t access apps on the TV, and there was no option to pay to watch other content. The staff in the pool area were too vigilant - they felt unfriendly and kept watching you when you were in the pool and hot tub which was a bit off putting and didn’t have signs in English telling you what you were supposed to do (like not wearing your shoes if you were just looking at the pool). So even though it was a nice pool we didn’t use it much.

Шикарный отель, хорошее расположение, вкусные завтраки. Хорошие рестораны на территории отеля. Персонал приветливый. Красивые виды. Рекомендую отель для проживания в Сеуле.
