Very nice and friendly staff, fresh and delicious breakfast, and smily face room service. I would recommend this hotel to stay in.

This place was amazing. Very clean. Everything seems brand new. Luxury full house. And extremely friendly staff. Didn’t see valet parking but was very easy to find parking right outside the hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no stove/oven/kitchen supplies. I guess this is for those who stay long term. Called the front desk to ask and they immediately delivered a stove and kitchen supplies! So very helpful to accommodate any of your needs! No washing machine unless long term stay as well. Overall felt very luxurious and comfortable, just like home!

It was good but the hotel should take care of bathroom cleaning more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my 2 small children. The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff tried to fix our shortcomings quickly. We didn't have any parking problems. The hotel was close to the sea. As a negative, there is a kitchen in the room, but there was no kitchen equipment. The shower cabin in the bathroom did not have a door. All the soap dispensers were broken. Shower gel and shampoo were insufficient. These small deficiencies do not befit the name of the hotel. If these are completed, you will not have any problems. I recommend.

It was clean, centrally located hotel. The staff was cooperative, they did help a lot. Including the lady manager. I paid

Good Value for Money, it was a full luxury suit with kitchen, lounge and bed room.

It's very comfortable and clean and quiet.

Best hotel in Mersin without any doubt! Fantastic stay and service. Breakfast might be a little bit more varied though, but it’s not an issue at all

Nice okace to stay

Room Service is good. Room is a convenient area for families. Furniture little bit old but it's OK. 2 mins walk from the bus stop.
