Merada Suit Otel and Spa

Its clean and very big space . Confortable . But no any kotchen staff there

The worse hotel experience ever. I booked a luxury suit with partial sea view. When i got there i was given a standard room with no view at all. The staff tried to pretend it was normal and they had the audacity to say they will transfer me to a "better" room the next day just so that i can be happy. But even that never happened they only managed to find me a room 3 days into my stay at which point i said its not worth it to pack up and switch rooms for just two days. I told them i rather be compensated and reimbursed the difference, they said that they cant do anything and sent me a platter of fruits as a gift. So bottom line i paid for a luxury suite 3 weeks in advance got to the hotel was transferred to a standard suite with a terrible view, got 0 compensation 0 reimbursement(except for a platter of fruits). No ethics and standards whatsoever!

Thdr place was very good. and new and vlean . The breakfast also very tasty.

Although price was low , but Some times prices doesn't reflect the reality .. This hotel has everything to take to success in the hospitality business and services. The room I have gotten was very good has everything I needed. The location is great. The breakfast was unexpected, they have too many different types of food. Its delicious. I was late for the checkout , so they cleaned the room before my coming and collect my stuff, but when I came evening, they gave me the room to have a shower and change my clothes. I do recommend this hotel for both fami5and singles.
