"Extreme Comfort and Tastes of Dallas"

I enjoyed my long weekend at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, TX. It was a comfortable stay; the front desk reception staff were very attentive in making sure I was going to be taken care of and the food was fantastic - no complaints!

The Hyatt Regency Dallas Airport do not provide receipt following our stay 2nd May 2026 and all requests subsequently made to their consumer help have gone with reply. This is very troublesome because it is required so that an insurance claim can be made.

"Excellent hotel and customer service. Highly recommend it."

Great hotel and very conveniently located. Very clean. Their Guest Relation Manager, Michelle is amazing; she knows how to take care of her customers and anticipate their needs. We keep returning to the HRD thanks to her. Great customer service. Food and drinks are excellent too at breakfast, the bar, and the coffee shop, Great services there as well.

"Not the experience I expected"

Room smelled from the heating system, toilet handle was broken, and am having to depute double charges on breakfast. Staff was fantastic, check in was simple.
