Parking - przy hotelu płatnych 50 dolarów! A po drugiej stronie ulicy (też należący do hotelu) 30 dolarów. Jak płaci się naprawdę niemało za pokój to parking powinien być w cenie. Poza tym śniadania w cenie obejmują tylko bufet - wszystkie inne dania są dodatkowo płatne.

I attended an audio dart tournament hosted at this hotel this past weekend. Usually when it comes to larger conference hotels I get concerned because they tend be a bit large and not easy to navigate as a blind person. In some respects this hotel was what I would’ve expected, but the staff at this hotel made the experience so much better. Everyone that worked at this hotel was amazingly nice and helpful. There are so many staff to give props to that I can leave a review several pages long just talking about all the awesome experiences with the people. One stand out is Gary, a.k.a. Spider. Gary always seemed to be around when we needed advice advice, direction, or helping hand. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. There were several times he went so far above and beyond what I would’ve expected that I was amazed. I really enjoyed my stay for the weekend at this Hyatt in downtown Dallas.

If you’re looking for a place that delivers the full experience…comfort, atmosphere, and service that actually feels genuine, Hyatt Regency Dallas absolutely nailed it for us. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt dialed in. The check in process was smooth, the staff was sharp and welcoming, and you could tell right away this wasn’t a “just get you in the room” kind of place. They take pride in what they’re doing. Traveling with my wife and children, I always pay attention to the little things, and this place got them right. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed with plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable enough that nobody was tossing and turning, and that alone is worth its weight in gold when you’ve got kids in the mix. And the pillows, if I wasn’t an honest man I would have one on my bed right now if you catch what I’m laying down. The views? Outstanding. There’s something about looking out over Dallas from that location that just hits different, especially in the evening. It gave the whole stay a little extra edge, like you weren’t just visiting, you were part of the city for a minute. Amenities were on point too. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and easy to access. Whether it was grabbing a bite, relaxing, or just moving around the property, nothing felt inconvenient or overlooked. But what really stood out was the overall experience…. no stress, no hiccups, just a smooth, enjoyable weekend from start to finish. That’s rare, especially with a family trip. Bottom line: we loved everything about this hotel. If we’re back in Dallas, this is where we’re staying. No question about it.

As a long-time resident of DFW, I've been by the Hyatt at Reunion many times, but never had occasion to go inside. I've moved from the metroplex, but still travel back for business and the Hyatt was a recommended/approved hotel for my travel. For a property of its age (I believe built in the 1970s), it is extremely well-maintained with creative architecture. There's a "memory" wall on the second floor with photos including JR Ewing/Larry Hagman, LBJ and Coach Landry, and my childhood hero Roger Staubach. The cleanliness of the facility is first-rate and I appreciate the expansive convenience store and coffee shop being right in the lobby. Upstairs on 2 are the dining options; I only did the breakfast buffet, but it was outstanding.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. From before we even checked in Michelle was laying the red carpet and giving us the royal treatment. With the assistance of Ryan they arranged the most amazing anniversary dinner for us at Crown Block with a remarkable sunset and food/service to die for! Our stay was further made unique by Isaiah’s warm welcome and attention towards our beloved puppies. The team completely made us feel like royalty, as if everyone in the building was there just for us and we’ve never had a better experience at any hotel. It’s truly going to be hard to visit another Hyatt property and not expect the same level of service. The Dallas team really set the bar high! Thank you for a tremendous experience.
