The resort itself is nice. Definitely a lot of walking which we expected. When the housekeeping came into the room which was just once out of the 5 days we were there, they left new towels but didn’t do anything else. When we got there, there were a few bugs in the room and our air conditioner leaked and soaked our floor inside. The resort itself is nice but we wouldn’t stay here again.

After switching hotels to Caribbean Beach for our last night, we were hoping for an earlier check in so we could have a lovely resort day. We ended up getting checked in late at 4:30 pm.., even though check in is at 3. Not sure how they can do that to people. When I asked, no response was given. Wall ports fried two of our chargers and maintenance had to fix them. We left early the next morning, so we really didn’t get to enjoy a resort day at all. Food wasn’t great (except for the Cuban). Pins all sold out. Skyliner convenience is awesome and the resort is beautiful.

Great lobby and pool area but the rooms are dated. The food options right now are limited which is hard to stay there and eat. We ended up eating else where every time while we were out or made sure to eat before coming back to the hotel. Great kid pool and walk up bar for during the day. Just wish Disney would update hotels like this.

I didn’t like all the walking since it’s a huge resort, but it is super close to two skyliner stations for easy park access and very clean! So many pools and the main pool is so much fun too. Castmembers are always so kind as usual! Very helpful and they even got us a room closer to the amenities for us when we requested. Overall, great stay!
