Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

The property was very clean and quaint. Unfortunately, the front desk associate who greeted us was rather abrupt. Then, when we arrived to our room, the key didn’t work. This wouldn’t have been an issue had the room not been a drive from the lobby. We also were only provided with one key, which was strange. Had we been given 2, this may have been avoided. We had the 5th sleeper room; it was clean, nothing fancy.

Property is super spread out to prepare for lots of walking and pirate ship beds are adorable cut not comfortable at all!! Would not recommend

Restaurants/Grab N Go was not open late enough, and not enough selections

It was an amazing vacation with my 3 kids and we had a great time moving between the different parks using the transport was so convenient and easy. The room are nice but they are small especially the bathroom but kids loved the pirates themed furniture.

My kids loved roasting marshmellows in the evening. And the pool slides! So much fun without even leaving the resort.

It’s a huge resort! If not loving to the parks it’s a great home base but overall a bit on the hard to navigate side for us. We had a nice time overall.

This place is very old and out of date please do not waste your money it’s not worth $300 a night that is a joke

Probably due to Covid things shut down early, with no option for a drink after 9pm, and not much else to do in the evening. The room was fine, but for the price I would have expected more nice touches.
