"Excellent"

The food was very good. Did not have a bad meal. The transportation needs improvement. I think Disney is short staffed on drivers.

Double beds cannot fit an adult couple for a night's sleep. It's too bad there were not queen beds in our room and then it would have been perfect.

"Great Vacation Stay"

Multi family vacation stay. We were housed fairly close together as requested and even had corner rooms in the Pirate room sections. Little ones lived it. Only complaint was the noise from dated AC system.

the pool was nice and there were multiple pools. The grab and go market was convenient. Did not like the fact that there was only family style dining in the restaurant though.

"Ants, Spiders, and Dirty Towels."

Very disappointing. We've stayed at different Disney properties over the years, but this was by far the worst. Our room was extremely dated and had not been renovated like so many of the others. Ants in the bathroom, a spider fell from the ceiling, and our towels were filthy with black crust. When we called the front desk they offered to move us to another room in the same building which was out of the question. If one room is like that, there's no reason a room right next door would be any different. We asked to change resorts and were offered to be moved to a far cheaper hotel. After a few phone calls back and forth with the same front desk person, I did finally get someone on the phone who was able to help and we were moved to a much better hotel. I've stayed at better motels. This was just awful.

We liked the no contact check in. We literally parked the car and walked to our hotel room. We did not like the odor of cigarettes in our non smoking room.

When we arrive the woman gave us the wrong room number and wrong directions on how to get to the room when I finally got to the room I paid extra for the pirate room when I walked in the floor was soaking wet the air conditioner was leaking everywhere it had a terrible smell on Expedia it says if you got the pirate room you got a pool view and that’s what I paid extra for the room never had that they said they don’t have any pool pirate view rooms there. We got moved to a different room and they wanted me to pay extra money meanwhile I already paid extra money for the pirate room and I still never got refunded the difference
