Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

Staff were not very friendly, definitely not the Disney experience we’ve known before

We did the pirate rooms. We loved it. Made our daughter day. 6 min walk to main pool and lobby with a 5 year old. Nice pool by us, but main pool has two slides. Staff was great. Air conditioner made loud noise on 3 night. Let staff know in morning and had someone out within 30 minutes and fixed it. 5 min walk to skyline that goes to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Which is so nice. Would stay again!!

I like that it was quite and safe to talk an evening walk or morning run. I didnt like that cleaner dont come to clean even i wanted the room cleand. Thats not right and sanitary.

Outlets stripped very badly. Second sink clogged.

We found the food at the Lobby area lacking!

I loved the property and it’s proximity to the skyliner. It was convenient and fun. I wish the rooms would have been cleaned daily or a discount for the lack of that service.

The rooms are old and need some updating and outside of the room was very old we had flying ants in our room coming from outside on our beds every night when we returned so wasn’t very happy about that.

Loved the property. Beds were very uncomfortable and the food choices had alot to be desired.

We loved the sky liner that was our favorite part very convenient. Surprisingly I thought the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the pirate room all the way in Trinidad The property is just to large for my liking. Especially when staying in Trinidad you have to walk miles to get anywhere and so because of that I won’t be staying here again.
