"Even though the property was rundown, the bathroom was good, the room was clean and we slept fine."

The bathroom was recently remodeled so it felt more clean. The room seemed clean. The location was great for walking around Old Town Colorado Springs and felt safe.

The facility was a bit rundown. The website said that breakfast was included, but breakfast was coffee and rice crispy treats. I don't think that should be advertised as breakfast.

"Swindell stay"

We could see Pikes Peak from our window. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

Was off highway

The picture on the Internet doesn't show what it looks like. Cigarette butts on the side walk out our doors. Just needs a little sprouse up.
