Dudley was awesome and beyond helpful.

Having to pay 30 to check in early and how booking.com said there was 5 available smoking rooms when I reserved but none when checking in

The location was only to like about this place. All other things are in negative.

There was a snacks bar with couple of Granola bars and mini muffins in the name of breakfast with some coffee and juice. The staff was really rude when we were having breakfast there, asking us not to take '10 bars' when we took only three for ourselves (me, my wife and my son). Not a kid friendly place at all. The electrical wires was out in the open. The plug points did not work properly. The cloth hangers did not work properly. There were not many towels in the room.
