It was clean, a good sized room, excellent location convenient to everything. Polite and efficient staff.

Other guests were loud late at night, too much commotion outside of room and in parking lot to feel comfortable or safe. Not sure the hotel can do much about that

"Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is awful and very unprofessional."

Rooms were nice and clean.

The staff was extremely rude & unprofessional. They entered my room while I wasn’t there which is a HUGE invasion of privacy, plus when renting a hotel room the bare minimum expectation is to have your room be PRIVATE.

The hotel was close to every where I needed to go during the stay.

The facility do not actually have breakfast at all. The windows has bars on them which you can not see on the pictures.

Truly an exceptional motel! Staff is very friendly, polite and efficient. The location is beyond description since this property sits in the midst of a residential neighborhood but is conveinent to almost any locations throughout Colorado Springs.

Honestly, there wasn't anything to dislike about this motel.

"Very Good"

Nothing really.

All of it. The staircase to get to second floor was in bad shape. Crumbled cement. No elevator or luggage cart. Just a cheap stay.
