Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown

Находится отель возле парка ,рядом с набережной,отель современный и красивый.

Я не знаю под какую категорию подпадает этот отель(дорогой/дешевый),но нам не понравилось что номер абсолютно не убирали,за 4 дня нашего проживания нам один раз поменяли полотенца и все.Когда мы подошли к администратору и попросили что бы на следующий день по убирали наш номер,он сказал хорошо и ничего не произошло.Не хочу ставить плохие оценки и отзывы,но мы заплатили за 4 ночи ~са$800 и немного разочарованы сервисом

There was a very loud sound of a ventilation engine in the room 511 and an empty niche right beside the beds emplified it even more. It was impossible to sleep in the room. The stuff clearly is aware aboud it and pretend to call somebody to check, but then say it was identified as coming from outside. And they did not change the room for us, just provided ear plugs… The area around the hotel is full of addicts, not a nice neighborhood.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Just what we needed after a long day of travel

Great staff she handled awkward situations with patience. Coffee maker is problematic not good for a crowd.

It was very good. The worker that was on duty the June 3 2025. Was extremely friendly and kind Kept everything clean also up to part with all the food.

would prefer brew coffee in a pot. Also having the creamer beside the coffee. Would make a big difference.

The retro vibe

Back entrance needs some attention.

Ventilation in the bathroom need to be clean, dust coming out of it.
