Hotel. Breakfasts are never delicious, but coffee toast and jam are ok.

I did not like the line up of garbage bags and room cleaning carts left in the hallway to our room.

"Will never go there again or stay at any Best Wedtern in the future"

I brought insulin and icepack to a reception and asked her to put insulin in fridge and icepack in freezer. When I picked up our stuff, the insuline was frozen and the ice pack was not that frozen. Of course I lost the insulin as it got spoiled. We had to go to a pharmacy to get replacement and it cost us $500. We asked the manager for a refund because we trusted the attendant and she made a mistake. The manager refused to refund us anything so we lodge a complaint with Best Western to no avail. BE passed the puck to the manager of hotel. We are studying our options to get that money back

It was clean.

Rooms were small, breakfast was awful. It was over priced. Weird gaps under door, didn’t feel safe.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Oatmeal runny, sausages were hot dogs, orange juice watered down.

Could have been cleaner, location not great, view bad.
