My stay at Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown was excellent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to the waterfront and several great restaurants and cafés. It made exploring downtown Thunder Bay very easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the recent renovations really show. Everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the team made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. There was a good variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great service and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Thunder Bay.

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.
