"It was nice"

The property is clearly in a state of change - the murals on the walls and the initial layer of decor lovely - the missing elements were the second layer of decor, the area rugs etc.

"Overpriced - good location, dirty rooms"

The location was good

The beds had dirt and hair under the sheets as if the bedding was not changed after the previous guests, the shower curtain reeked of pee and there was a ring of dirt in the bath tub. The fridge was dirty and had crumbs and hair inside. It did not feel clean.

Check in was good and parking was free.

The prices seemed a little high for the value compared to many other cities across Canada. Perhaps 40% too high. The location was ok but there were no restaurants within walking distance.
