Bed and pillows were comfy. Good breakfast

Bathroom too small and no storage for clothing. Was charged for a dirty towel (not stained) they said they have to send to laundry, like wouldn’t you be doing that anyway? I’ve asked for a receipt and picture to be sent and they won’t send. Fridge was not cold and couldn’t fit anything in it.

"4.5/5: Great value on Malioboro, but read this if you are driving"

​We stayed here as a family of four and had a really comfortable time. The room was clean, bright, and had excellent lighting. We had a small issue with the washbasin when we were checking out, but it was no big deal and did not ruin the stay at all. ​The breakfast was a big highlight for us. The food was very tasty and a great way to start the morning. The kids pool was also nice. It does not have extra features like slides, but there is a 50 cm pool which was perfect for our baby, right next to the regular 150 cm pool. ​The main thing to know is about the parking. The location is amazing because you are right on Malioboro, but the street has a car-free night policy from 6 PM to 10 PM. It is practically impossible to drive anywhere during those hours. The hotel provides free valet parking on Mataram Street. It is a nice gesture and definitely helps, but planning your evening trips is still a bit of a hassle. ​Overall, it is very good value for the money given the prime location and the food. I highly recommend it for families, just make sure you plan your driving schedule around the street closures!
