Aveta Hotel Malioboro

The location of the hotel is superb. Just next to malioboro mall. Walking distant to sholping street and many street food and restaurants nearby. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was water dispenser in the room which was very thoughtful. We need to depart to Merapi 4am in the morning, the hotel staff were so kind that they packed our breakfast for us in a beautiful box. Highly appreciate.

The toilet door cannot be locked. There is only a glass door for toilet which has no sound proof.

Clean and convenient. Staffs are very helpful. Nearest to cafe and mall.

Room was clean and spacious. Venue was strategic and breakfast was nice. Staffs were kind and friendly.

Terrible wifi connection. How they treat and handle the guest complaint is just so text books, there is no proactive action by management.

Pleasant place for explore Malioboro street

Verfolgt man meine Bewertungen, wird man feststellen, dass ich überwiegend positiv bewerte, aber hier nicht. Ich bin von dem Hotel etwas enttäuscht, die 4 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Die MInibar kühlt nur bis 20° C, nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption soll das auch so sein, es ist eben nur ein "Kühler" und kein Kühlschrank ... und das bei über 30 ° Außentemperatur. Der Stöpsel in dem Waschbecken ließ sich nicht schließen, so kann man nicht mal eben ein kleines Kleidungsstück mit der Hand waschen. Dieser Mangel wurde nicht von der Rezeption behoben. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur einen recht stark parfümierten Tee. Auch auf Nachfrage gab es nichts anderes. Das alles entspricht, auch in Südostasien, nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel - da gibt es bei den Zimmerpreisen wirklich besseres. Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal einchecken. Ich habe mich dann auch noch etwas beim einchecken geärgert. Man kann hier um 14.00 Uhr einchecken und ich war 13.50 Uhr angekommen und sollte nun tatsächlich die 10 Minuten warten. Ich glaube nicht, dass in diesen 10 Minuten das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig war, aber vielleicht tue ich dem Hotel hier unrecht - aber ich war schon sehr verwundert. ich möchte aber auch erwähnen, dass das gesamte Personal immer sehr freundlich und höflich war.
