Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks

The room was not properly cleaned. There was food pieces under the bench, very dusty under here also. The beds were very lumpy and the fitted sheets didn’t fit on the bed, I could see the stained mattress showing. The sheets fell off at the headboard when we sat in the beds. Our phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call to get more blankets or anything. The charging ports on the table also did not work. I let the woman at the front desk know of our issues and all I got was a “I’ll be sure to let them know”

Convenient

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool was great and location was convenient. We had our dog and the property offered some nice places to walk him.

Staff were not as helpful as we would’ve liked, especially in the restaurant. One person in our party didn’t eat dairy, and the server didn’t really seem interested in helping her understand the menu. The waitstaff just didn’t seem to have time for the customers. One morning we waited for 20 minutes to find someone to let them know that the coffee was empty. It was underwhelming.

The food was good, friendly staffs, room was clean

Snowstorm…getting plowed into a parking spot when I had to leave for work at 6am was not fun

The staff in the facilities were fantastic

Found the staff lacking in smiles, helpfulness, slow. Non attentive in dining room. That was bad. Terrible wait times. But the bed was great
