"Nice hotel nasty staff"

The restaurant and its staff were wonderful.

The front desk staff was uncooperative and rude. They seemed annoyed the moment we arrived. We didn't ask for anything extra and they made us feel like we were a problem. The hotel was filled with children for an event, but we were a couple there to celebrate a birthday. Staff needs to be retrained to actually be hospitable.

"Great location!"

We enjoyed our stay here, and rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was wonderful! It looked like it would be easy to order food if we wanted something from the restaurant portion of the hotel. Our only minor complaints were that the pool water was a bit on the chilly side while we were there, and there are no microwaves in the rooms.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was food pieces under the bench, very dusty under here also. The beds were very lumpy and the fitted sheets didn’t fit on the bed, I could see the stained mattress showing. The sheets fell off at the headboard when we sat in the beds. Our phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call to get more blankets or anything. The charging ports on the table also did not work. I let the woman at the front desk know of our issues and all I got was a “I’ll be sure to let them know”
