Localização fantástica em Santo Antonio Além do Carmo, vista incrível pra baia de todos os Santos, anfitriã muito receptiva e atenciosa.

Por ser um imóvel antigo está com um pouco de mofo. A anfitriã está buscando resolver o problema, mas ainda gera certo incômodo.

Grande chambre et bon emplacement dans une rue agréable, avec pas mal de boutiques et restaurants mais relativement calme malgré tout.

La salle de bain est petite et mal équipée. Pas de nettoyage, et en particulier pas de ramassage des poubelles alors que nous l'avions convenu. Le prix d'une chambre dans un bel hôtel brésilien mais sans les services. Dommage.

Très propre, et très bien situé

Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη στον κεντρικό δρόμο της γειτονίας του Αγίου Αντώνιου. Πρωινό δεν είχε. Απέναντι υπήρχε ένα υπέροχο καφέ που διασφάλιζε ένα 10% έκπτωση στους ενοίκους του σπιτιού. Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι άνοιγε αργά.

α. οι πρίζες είναι βραζιλιάνικου τύπου (ούτε ευρωπαϊκού ούτε αμερικάνικου). Αυτό δημιούργησε πρόβλημα. Η οικοδέσποινα μας βοήθησε να βρούμε ένα μέρος για να αγοράσουμε αντάπτορα, ο οποίος έκανε 5,5 ρεάις, τίποτα δηλαδή. Την ευχαριστούμε για τη βοήθεια. Όμως αναρωτιόμαστε γιατί να μην υπάρχουν στο δωμάτιο αφού η τιμή του είναι ελάχιστη. Για ένα τουρίστα που δεν ξέρει την πόλη θα ήταν σημαντικό. β. μείναμε τρία βράδια και διαπιστώσαμε ότι οι υδραυλικές εγκαταστάσεις του χώρου δεν ήταν αξιόπιστες. Η οικοδέσποινα και πάλι ανταποκρίθηκε γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά. γ. εντάξει το σπίτι είναι παλιό, ανακαινισμένο και στο ισόγειο ίσως υπάρχουν μεγαλύτερες δυσκολίες. Αλλά χρειάζεται ίσως απεντόμωση.

Nice place overlooking the sea in one of the old houses in the good side of the old city. The apartment is well maintained and perfect for a few days stay in Salvador. Antonella is an enthousiastic and great host. Good breakfast place just across the street, nice restaurants in the vicinity as well. Great relaxed atmosphere.

All good, no downsides.

Magnifique lieu. Lits très confortables et décorations superbe. La situation est parfaite. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps qu’une seule nuit.

Overall: Great location in Salvador’s historic center. We stayed just one night before heading to Morro, and it suited us well. Pros Excellent location in the heart of the historic center—easy to explore on foot. Apartment with high ceilings; double bed on the mezzanine and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs (very convenient). Host Antonella was very responsive and helpful.

There was a slight musty smell on arrival, likely because the apartment had been closed up. Bottom line: A well-located, characterful apartment with a responsive host—perfect for a short stay in the historic center, with just a minor note about ventilation.
