SureStay Hotel by Best Western Findlay

The outside of the building looks dated, but the rooms were clean, comfortable and contemporary. Very friendly staff, continental breakfast is simple but sufficient. Though we can be picky, this was a good room for a good price.

Not a hotel’s fault, but I wish the construction workers that stay there a lot would be considerate of other people sleeping and not yelling in the parking lot at 6:30 in the morning

Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet, and convenient. Me and my partner were very impressed by our experience here. Also felt extremely safe for LGBT+ travelers, which is usually a hit or miss out side of the big Ohio cities.

I made a reservation on the way to the hotel. I was there within four minutes. Upon arrival, I saw that it was a place with no walls or windows on one side, on a very bad road. I requested a cancellation without even getting out of the car. When I got out and explained the situation to the reception, they said they couldn't cancel it. When I asked to see the room and told them I wouldn't be staying and that I wanted them to accept my refund, they yelled at me, saying that even though everything looked perfect in the photos, I was wrong and utterly disgusted if I didn't understand. I ran away. I couldn't sleep safely in a place with someone with that attitude. I didn't stay there, but what I saw was enough for me.

A very nice hotel. Quiet and comfortable.

The property is in a semi industrial area in Findlay, kind of off the main roads. The room is small, clean and adequate for an overnight stay.
