SureStay Hotel by Best Western Findlay

Location, accessible first floor, updated room, tile floor/no carpeting, nice TV, hbo.

The water pressure was very low, took a long time to rinse, the shower nozzle was low, so a couple who one needs a high shower head will not have that, the lower accessible shower head was good for me, but not for my husband who stood, wish there was a regular height nozzle for him with a hand held nozzle for me, and the accessible shower knobs is backwards, hot means cold and cold means hot, The mattress was a brick and I could feel the wires on my knees and hips. Also, all the lights were too bright, no soft light in the whole room.

The owners and staff are so friendly and kind. The location is perfect for easy off and easy on back to the interstate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I do not like the little square pillows for the bed.

Awesome motel that’s ideal after a long weekend at Cedar Point. OUTSTANDING shower; I couldn’t believe how snazzy it was for the price. Comfortable beds and room temperature. I didn’t hear a peep despite the close proximity to the interstate. Check-in/check-out were a breeze and they keep tasty coffee on deck in the office. The exterior of the motel has wear but the room was clean and up-to-date. BellStores is nearby, which has a great selection of to-go food and local craft beers. All in all, this place is a winner for the budget-conscious traveler and I’d happily stay here again.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is, putting a grab bar in the bathroom tub area. We would definitely stay again.

The ground level rooms made easy to load into room, and step out for a smoke. Great beds and bathrooms. And selection of cold pop available at check in.

The location was convenient. The room was clean and looked recently updated.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were small and the toiletries provided weren’t very good. The chair in the corner looked good but wasn’t comfortable and the desk chair was awful to sit on.
