Hotel davvero bello con all'interno il ristorante super comodo per chi come noi arriva di sera e non ha voglia di usicre di nuovo in macchina per cenare e dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Posizione un pò isolata immersa nel verde delle colline.

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con dei vicini di stanza rumorosi ma non incolpo l'hotel per questo. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

"Friendly Staff but Under Remodel"

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Chris the bartender who was amazing! We did have a few issues worth mentioning. We booked a King Suite with a Balcony and Lounge Access however when we checked in we were informed that the lounge was for Platinum Members only and we would not be allowed in. The front desk clerk stated we only booked a regular suite,but when we got home I double checked our reservation and we had booked a suite with lounge access. Secondly we were never informed by the front desk or the website when booking our room, that the hotel was undergoing a remodel. While we had a beautiful upgraded suite on the top floor with a view of the mountains, we could hear loud banging, sawing, and drilling both Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evening which made it difficult to tolerate being in our room. Thankfully we had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend both nights. We also had the unpleasant view of all the toilets for the rooms on the floor below us sitting on the patios. Lastly only one jet worked in the jacuzzi and the pool needed some maintenance , it was green. All in all if the hotel was done with renovations I would stay here again but I would choose to stay elsewhere while remodeling is going on. We were told they started on the top and are working their way down so it will probably be a while before they are finished.
