The pool & laundry were out of order. Ichoice this location due to having does things.The sofa bed was uncomfortable and springs poked up.

"Very convinient and good quality/price balance"

Comfortable and convenient, good price, lots of transportation very close to go to the city or the airport. I loved that we had an iron with a board in our room!

Some parts of the hotel could be renewed (especially the bathroom). The AC was making lots of noises and had a weird smell (probably needs a cleaning). I'm not a fan a bar soap to clean my body

Location

Springs was coming thru the mattress. Having to pay to park. Air conditioner kelp me up all night, loud. Bad smell when entering the room. The hallway smelt like weed the whole time we were there. I’ve stayed before on the first floor and I remember it being good, that’s why I picked this place again. 4th floor, not so much. This will be my last stay here.

"Horrible and scary experience"

I would like to advise the customer to be cautious about that hotel. They take a deposit separate from the charges, and when you leave, they are supposed to refund it. However, it has been 2 months, and they have not returned my deposit. When calling their management, they give me the runaround and even provided a fake email address. It seems the staff are stealing money from guests!

The breakfast is horrible…

"Very Good"

The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Paint is peeling all over the bathtub, the sink didn't drain properly, the toilet was hard to flush

"I checked in at 11 something that night and left at 12ish I wasn’t satisfied and just took it as a lost."

The staff was very nice

The sheets weren’t cleaned properly. There was stains on the bathroom towels. It looked like someone used the bathroom before I got there. There was urine on the back of the toilet and feces in the toilet. There was also a leak in the hallway of the 5th floor.
