My husband and I stayed there for an event in Tx for Valentines weekend. It was clean and the people were nice. Very close to the airport in which we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

My vehicle was broken into, and I won't stay here again. There are hood rats wandering around the lobby and parking lot- looking in vehicles, asking for money & carrying food out of breakfast area in the mornings. It's depressing, but I've stayed there often on business because it was familiar and I've had good experiences with other Marriott properties. There's a skanky Budget Inn nearby, and run down apartments bordering south parking lot. There are much better options in area in this price range. In most Marriotts, they'll accommodate you if there's any inconvenience, or problem. Not this one.

Concierge was professional and kind. Clean and well maintained property- pleasantly surprised by the kitchen setup. I’ll return

The property had everything that we needed and many nice things that we didn’t need this trip. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The woman in the front reception when we checked in, (was her name Danya? Danyita?) was so kind, pleasant, efficient, and with a broad smile she made a long day of traveling much more pleasant!

It was a terrible experience with disrespectful and aggressive front desk staff. I regret not calling the company and getting the employee ID number to place a formal complaint. The woman on the front desk was screaming on the phone, arguing with customers, a total disappointment and a very unusual experience for a hospitality establishment. If staff is unfit to be in hospitality, they should be terminated or moved to a position that best fits their capabilities.

The service was not good, the room was missing pillows and linen even though we asked.

This location worked great for us and although we didn't eat in our room often, we had that option. We wanted someplace that would make it easy to return to the airport. The breakfasts were great and we really appreciate the free breakfasts. The staff was wonderful over all. It would really help if there was a restaurant at the property. There is only one small place in the Clarion on Plaza, and its menu fine but limited. It would have been nice to be able to walk to other restaurants, but I guess that isn't really Dallas--it is a car city.
