"Great Stay at Townsuite"

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff kept the entire building nice and clean for my entire stay. Benson the shuttle driver was also very helpful with my luggage and super friendly to everyone. He also made sure I didn’t forget my book on the shuttle. Overall great stay and great staff.

"Best stay in dfw with transport included."

Great room; nice and cool the shower was amazing, and coffee in the morning was a huge perk! We had excellent shuttle service with Benson! Smooth ride and great conversation. Will stay here again if we are ever back in town! Thanks for the conscience and ease!

"Not s expected,"

The staff was really friendly and wonderful. the part that was bothersome, as we were not told, nor was it listed, that the airport train runs right behind the rooms, which made it nearly impossible to sleep! Also being so close to the airport and not having a 24 hour-a-day Shuttle was very, very inconvenient and costly! The whole point of staying next to the airport is so that you can get there without extra cost when you're having to stay somewhere. Also, the fact that they advertise happy hour and tell you about it when you check-in, yet a beer is $8 tells me that's not really happy hour! A well drink should not be $10! It's a nice place but does not truly meet the needs of the traveler. Sadly, we won't be returning here.

The clerk said there was no room available and that Expedia would give us a full refund. The clerk said they were full and that we could not stay at that hotel.
